70s SYMBOL

Renault 15 is an iconic model from the 70s for the diamond-shaped brand. Derived from Renault 12, Renault 15 was launched in 1971 and won over motorists with its original design and versatility. The car had a very modern style for its time, designed by Michel Boué (the designer behind Renault 5), under the guidance of Gaston Juchet.

DEFINED

BY

THE AD

"Renault 15 is a true coupé. For those who can't do without a saloon." This slogan highlights what made the model different, as it combined the benefits of a coupé with the interior space of a saloon. Another advert stated: "4 seats. 7 hp. A real boot. That's how Renault sees coupés."
