Renault Reinastella came with the first inline eight-cylinder engine developed by the marque. With displacement of 7.1 litres and other technical assets such as the nine-bearing crankshaft and twin carburettors, a length of 5.4 metres and weighing in at 2.7 tonnes, Renault Reinastella was certainly outstanding in every way.

In 1930, Renault Reinastella lost its diamond, originally placed in the middle of the bonnet, and replaced it with the comet head that already adorned its bodywork (this was the emblem of the Stella range, after all). This range became Renault’s prestige line-up in the years leading up to the Second World War.
